This morning, I had a phone call with a direct partner of Posh My Gosh Records, and I'll be honest, I try not to let things get to me, especially when I'm still recovering from the flu. But today, I couldn't help it.

He mentioned that vocalists looking for opportunities in the industry are making things difficult because they demand upfront payment. It's mind-boggling!

If this is your mindset and you haven't taken the time to educate yourself on how to leverage your talents, you're essentially holding yourself back. You're not seeing the bigger picture, not thinking about the long term.
